Arrangements for the 40th anniversary of the Winchester and Portsmouth Guild, which starts next January, was the main business of the Andover quarterly meeting [Oct. 7th], with Mr. G. K. Dodd in the chair, at Goodworth Clatford. Two new members were elected and Andover bells were available in the evening.
