WINCHESTER AND PORTSMOUTH GUILD

COMBINED MEETING AT HURSLEY.

A combined meeting of the Winchester and Southampton Districts of the Winchester and Portsmouth Diocesan Guild was held at Hursley on Saturday, May 12th, some 40 members being present from ten towers. The service was conducted by the Rev. K. Felstead, the address being given by the Archdeacon of Winchester, who presided at the tea and business meeting.

It was decided to hold the next meeting at Barton Stacey on July 14th. Mr. G. Williams was unable to be present owing to being indisposed. Methods ranging from Grandsire Doubles to Cambridge Major were practised during the afternoon and evening.
