Due to Ian McCallion’s personal circumstances the activities of the committee have been somewhat curtailed during the past year. A Newsletter was published in March, the Display Boards have been in the safe keeping of Francis Mitchell who will take them to the 2001 Ringing Roadshow. The Guild Web Site has been largely redesigned and now has contact information restored for a good number of towers. District Secretaries might care to remind those correspondents who have not so far returned consent forms please to do so. It was agreed at the November Executive Committee that the Guild should have its own domain name, this is now in hand.
A meeting of the Committee took place on 7th January at which David Forder agreed to take over as convenor and to edit the next edition of the Newsletter targeted for March.
