During the first months of this year, some fund raising activities have been brought to a successful conclusion. The sale of tea towels and the 1997 Guild Calendar was completed and the total of sweatshirts sold was 103. Roy Le Marechal has more calendars underway for 1998, and these are being sold through The Ringing World as well as the Guild. Bob Cater has suggested we sell T-shirts, and this is in hand.
However, my plea for critics of the BRF to stand for the committee and do better, fell on stony ground and I am now the sole surviving member. I am willing to listen to suggestions and hope that you will go on fund raising in the future.
