Until the AGM of 1998 this committee was functioning with one member, but Peter and Wendy Claridge volunteered to help and were welcomed with grateful thanks.
The purchase and sale of Guild T-shirts went ahead, with the help of Bob Cater, and distribution took place at the Open Day on the Isle of Wight. We are hoping to have polo / sweat shirts for sale in the future.
The Barn Dance, arranged for the evening of the 10-bell Striking Competition, had to be cancelled at the last minute due to lack of support. Watch out for other activities in the future.
I hope the members who cannot be bothered to take part in our fund-raising events will never need to ask the BRF for help, as there will be no money without YOUR support.
